Drug Rehab Marketing Director Key Responsibilities

1. Drug Rehab Outreach Professional Addiction Treatment Referral Development

The Marketing Director will develop and maintain a strong network of professional referral relationships capable of generating appropriate inquiries for Elite Health Care and Wellness Services.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish and maintain relationships with drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers, detox facilities, residential drug rehabs, PHP programs, IOP programs, and outpatient behavioral health providers.
• Build relationships with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, physicians, hospitals, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Develop referral relationships with sober living residences, recovery organizations, employee assistance programs, and community-based providers.
• Conduct face-to-face outreach throughout Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, Palm Beach County, and surrounding South Florida communities.
• Organize professional presentations, educational meetings, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners about Elite’s treatment services, admissions procedures, clinical approach, and insurance verification process.
• Track professional outreach activities, referral inquiries, admissions, and relationship development.
• Build a sustainable referral-development system focused on ethical patient placement and long-term professional relationships.

2. Drug Rehab Marketing Director Existing Referral Network Required

We are specifically seeking candidates who already have established relationships within the addiction treatment and behavioral health industries.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An active professional network of legitimate referral sources throughout South Florida.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified addiction treatment and behavioral health inquiries.
• Experience developing referral relationships with hospitals, detox centers, residential treatment facilities, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

The Marketing Director will help establish Elite Health Care and Wellness Services as a recognized provider of behavioral health and outpatient addiction treatment services in South Florida.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
• Establish Elite’s professional presence throughout Fort Lauderdale and surrounding communities.
• Lead boots-on-the-ground marketing and business development.
• Coordinate digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile, social media, and online advertising initiatives.
• Develop educational materials, professional presentations, and referral outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with outside advertising agencies, SEO consultants, and creative professionals.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and local search visibility.
• Monitor marketing inquiries, referral activity, admissions conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

The successful candidate must understand how traditional relationship-based drug rehab marketing and digital marketing work together to support sustainable organizational growth.

4. IOP and Outpatient Addiction Treatment Marketing

A primary responsibility will be educating healthcare professionals and community organizations about Elite’s Intensive Outpatient Program and outpatient behavioral health services.

The Marketing Director should understand how IOP addiction treatment provides structured clinical support while allowing eligible clients to continue working, attending school, and managing family responsibilities.

Marketing initiatives should communicate the benefits of outpatient treatment, including:

• Flexible treatment schedules for working professionals and families.
• Individual and group counseling.
• Relapse prevention and recovery education.
• Behavioral health and mental health support.
• Coordinated treatment planning.
• Continued recovery support while living at home.
• Appropriate transitions between levels of addiction treatment.

• Build relationships with employers, community organizations, and healthcare providers.

Ethical Marketing and Healthcare Compliance

Required Qualifications for Drug Rehab Marketing Director

• Knowledge of Google Business Profile, local SEO, social media marketing, digital advertising, and CRM systems.
• Experience launching or expanding an addiction treatment program.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, communications, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
