Our panelists are proven industry leaders, sharing proven business practices and knowledge. You will learn crucial intelligence that will help your organization survive and take it to the next level. Our addiction conferences are must-attend events for CEO’s, COO’s, Directors, Executives, Marketing and Outreach professionals.

addiction conference educating on Google drug rehab SEO

How to organically rank on Google.

Behavioral health organizations need to know how the new Google treatment center registration will affect their marketing plan. Google is forcing better, and ethical marketing practicing in our industry. Addiction treatment operators need more education on proven marketing practices to survive. Many are making fundamental mistakes in their drug rehab marketing. Google saw unethical marketing practices occurring, most likely a direct result of the new laws affecting addiction treatment marketing in Florida.

addiction conferences bring key drug rehab consultants for addiction treatment centersAddiction conferences play a key role in all industries. Our addiction conferences bring key thought leaders in ethical addiction treatment marketing. This is a critical time for many addiction treatment centers. CEO’s, Executives, Directors and Marketing professionals. They must be educated on proper business and drug rehab marketing strategies to survive. Many centers do not have a clear understanding of proper website development, SEO, Google analytics, call tracking and organic marketing. If all the above is not set-up properly and put into place, web marketing will never succeed. All of our addiction conferences connect addiction and behavioral health organizations, and professionals in establishing new and valuable relationships, that not only make good business sense but assist the many seeking treatments.

Proven Business and Marketing Education at Our Addiction Conferences

As CEO’s, Executives, and Directors it is your job to generate clients. It is also your job to provide your Outreach and Marketing staff tools to assist them in their jobs. Many websites are not equipped well enough to support the foundation marketing requires. Not only are they not equipped to support marketing efforts, but there is also little chance the Google spiders will visit, or rank many centers.

Many are quick to say web marketing doesn’t work. There alternative options are pay-per-click, call centers, TV, radio, and “boots on the ground”. Web marketing outperforms these all combined, if set-up and run correctly.

Learn Components of an Effective Marketing Strategy at Addiction Conferences

While all the above are good parts of a marketing mix, treatment centers must start to have a long-term strategy to survive the difficult and on-going changes in our industry.

  • Billing and utilization procedures to maximize receivables
  • Aftercare opportunities to assist clients and produce a revenue stream
  • Understanding which insurance policies pay the client directly and how to make sure your center gets their payments
  • Website structure, this is the first and most important step of drug rehab SEO
  • Detailed and robust marketing plan
  • Search Engine Optimization on website pages and blogs
  • Social media presence
  • Branding (this is not marketing)
  • Proper Google business maps on the website
  • Inconsistencies with NAP
  • No blog, or not active
  • No testimonials
  • No staff page
  • A website that is about them, and not engaging to the target audience
  • Updated literature
  • Electronic brochures

Also consider, California drug rehabs need to provide enough tools for their marketing, and outreach staff, in addition to the above. Outreach professionals need some basic tools to generate new referral relationships, and These professionals rely upon the above, in addition to the following;

  • Resources to consistently grow a referral network
  • Training on social media (LinkedIn, and Facebook) to consistently establish new relationships
  • Training on social media to drive targeted visitors to the website
  • Training on social media to prevent damage to the brand of the center
  • A marketing strategy that gets the entire organization involved
  • Driving targeted visitors to the website
  • Detailed marketing plan
  • Understanding all the components of marketing to understand the brand and goals of the center

Hanna Marks

Topic: Incorporating After Care

Hanna Marks CEO Wherehab Exhibitor at Behavioral Health Network Resources Addiction Executive Conferences

Hanna Marks is the CEO of Wherehab. Ms. Marks designed Wherehab after working for a dual diagnosis treatment center for teens and adults. She was not happy with the way the patients were being treated, and the resources they were being given.

Hanna wondered why people continued to send patients through this program, and she came to the conclusion that they just didn’t know. There had been a few situations where former employees and patients posted on craigslist or better business forums, but nothing that was readily accessible to someone desperate for help. Since then there are other directory sites popping up every day, but they allow treatment centers to advertise on their site, are owned by rehabs, or have board members that have deep ties to treatment center. Wherehab is the only organic site that is not biased.

Wherehab was designed, so that people could have access to raw details from real people. Potential clients deserve to hear real life testimony, ratings, and security regarding where they are going for help. Wherehab is a safe haven for the sick and struggling to find a facility that best fits their needs and budget. Our goal is to protect people in desperate times, we hope to be a valuable resource that can help save lives. A better way to get better.

Dale Redlich, CEO Pay 2 Patient

Topic: Lost Payments from Insurance Companies

Dale Redlich CEO Pay 2 Patient Panelist at Behavioral Health Network Resources Addiction Conference

Dale P Redlich, JD, NCRC  is one of the co-founders of Pay 2 Patient, LLC which is a licensed collection company. The company was formed in order to assist providers, such as addiction treatment centers, detox facilities, physician group practices, Chiropractic Practices , individual providers and mental health facilities etc. In the process of collection and retrieval of third party insurance reimbursement funds which some insurance carriers such as Empire and Federal BCBS send directly to their insured or to the client/patient rather than sending such funds to the treatment provider in payment of their fees. This is known as “pay 2 patient collections.

Mr. Redlich is a retired attorney and has worked in the legal field , the collection and pay 2 patient field , and the addiction and mental health treatment field since 1975. As part of his work in the legal field he maintained a successful law practice for many years in various areas of civil, criminal and commercial litigation including the collection of contractual debt obligations.

Subsequently, he retired from the practice of law and founded the Challenges Addiction Treatment Center in 1997.  This facility operated a PHP, IOP and OP residential practice for addiction and dual disorders for many years until it was sold in 2014 to Satori Waters Treatment Facility. As an integral part of operating this facility he was at the forefront of the pursuit of numerous pay 2 patient circumstances which required him to track down and collect such pay 2 patient funds sent by the carriers directly to the patient.  Challenges lost many fees in this manner until such were retrieved and turned over to Challenges as the provider of the services.

He continued to work for Satori for several years after the sale of Challenges in the capacity of a legal support expert and continued to participate in the collection of debt and in the area of pay 2 patient cases together with his wife, Beatrix Redlich.  During the years 2017 and 2018 over 2 million dollars in pay 2 patient funds were collected in that manner for Satori.
